"ALL IS GOOD"

"Unfortunately this hotel wasn’t a great stay. I love Embassy, but unfortunately, this location is very dated and needs so much TLC. The smell was bad, comforter and pillows out of shape, cracks in the walls and bathroom ceiling, dirty furniture, and so much more. The only positive was the friendly staff. "

"Water in shower kept clogging up.....we asked for late check out till 1p.. the girl said 12 but to call in the morning to ask for 1p.. on the room phones, when pressing front desk button there's a fast busy signal. However it did say press 0.. finally got someone who then says " our rooms are all booked, we can't extend your late check out to 1p.. well you can't check in until 3p anyway, and we were still in the room so another hour wouldn't have caused any issues.."
