“The television in the sitting room did not work, and despite numerous requests to front desk it remained inoperable for the two nights we were there. Housekeeping did not come and whan they were in the unit next door I inquired if they were going to do my unit and was told no. It was later in the afternoon, probably 4:30, BUT they had not come earlier The toilet did not function properly and there was no one in maintenance when the problem was discovered. “Stayed here for business and really enjoyed it. Cute pool and hot tub. Great breakfast set up in the morning. Hot coffee at the buffet. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Kids next door were loud at 10pm. I called the front desk and they got them to quiet down immediately. Stay here!”

“Guadalupe makes the breakfast and it is delicious. You can tell it is made with great love and care. All the staff are very kind and the best of the best. The lower rating part is the hotel itself. A bit older and run down, rooms that need redoing compared to other hamptons, and apparently people have their cars broke in to there from time to time. Mine was not, though it’s harder to sleep at night when other reviews say they had stuff stolen. Police apparently patrol that area more often now.……
