"Resort was pretty, staff was friendly. Only negative would be the quality of food. The food was bland. At all 3 sit down restaurants/ buffets. Monkeys are really cool my kids loved that. Shows were amazing. Drinks are ok. I would go again."

The resort itself offers a large selection of food and drinks for you to choose from with some of the friendliest staff. The pools are very nice and all the views are beautiful. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay at an all inclusive in cancun. "

"I have been staying at ORP Privaledge for the last 8 years, and I love this resort with my whole heart. I can tell you, I'm not the only one. Let's start with the check-in. Angel was excellent. He had everything ready, so it only took 5 minutes, and we were on our way to our rooms. Plus, he explained everything and was on it with the answers to any of our questions. Next up, we had Ariz for our concierge. She's incredible; she's been my concierge on every visit since 2018, at least once, and sometimes twice, a year. Ariz gets it done. Anything I've ever needed or needed help with, she has made it happen. She constantly checks in with us to make sure we have what we need. She'll make sure we are good. If she's not in, she'll let us know who to talk to. Also, we got to take part in the Expidia dinner, and the food was next level. The chef prepared an incredible five-course meal with drink pairings. The chef and her staff were all amazing and talented people, and I can't wait for our next trip for this dinner; it was that incredible. At the dinner, we also got to meet one of my new favorite people, Omar, the resort's sommelier. Omar was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. We signed up for a wine tasting with him the following evening, and he picked great, simple pairings that made it easy for us to fully enjoy and appreciate the beautifully crafted wines we sampled. They have Ariz, Angel, Omar, and a great staff overall. This is my second home. Thank you!!! "

"Spent a week at TRS Yucatan and had an incredible stay. We went for one of the junior suites with the small private pool out the back to treat ourselves and really enjoyed it! I don’t think we can go back to a normal resort or a different room after this. We were able to see a family of coati’s around the jungle behind our pool, various birds, racoons and agoutis. The services provided were top notch. Plenty of choices at the buffet which also has the option of ordering meals from a set menu as well. The buffets were very clean and well organized, with individual servings/dishes to take from. The à la carte restaurants were also pretty good, we enjoyed the appetizers at Tentazione (Italian) and the dishes at La Bohème (French), we had read good reviews about El Gaucho but it wasn’t our favourite. Room service was also great, we’re not used to feeling waited on and kept the room service light off (there is also a DND button that we did not use) but it was so nice coming back every time a clean room and a fully stocked fridge and coffee station. We paid extra for the Full Moon Dinner as well as the Chic Cabaret show and neither disappointed and were well worth the money. The Chic show was fantastic, all of the performers had so much energy it was hard to take your eyes off of them and the 3 hour show went by so quickly! Overall, we had a great experience and hope to be able to come back or check out other TRS locations! "

"We've been back to PYP three times and love the place. The food is fabulous. There are 5 sit down restaurants in addition to the buffet, a grill and bar in the beach, and a taco stand by the main pool. The drinks and waiter service throughout the resort are excellent. The junior deluxe swim out rooms are the best. The beach is lovely with lots of shade. The entertainment is top notch too. The highlight, however, is the staff. They are so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. wait to go back again. "
