Fantastic week at Dreams. Rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked. Rooms service was quick and staff were so kind and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the non stop fun and activities from sun up to sun down. The activities team was so much fun! À la carte breakfast lunch and dinner without the need for reservations was a huge bonus! Will definitely go back again.

The whole experience was amazing! Special shout out to the following staff who made our experience extra special: Jazi, Emilio, Elita, Isaac, Cruz :) The preferred club and all it's perks are definitely worth it. Pool view included a view of the ocean which was unexpected. The staff was amazing, incredibly attentive. Truly, all of them. Rooms were clean. Furniture a bit worn. My daughter is gluten intolerant and they did everything to make sure she was taken care of. Would highly recommend this property to others!

Decently nice property. Low rating is due to the food. It was terrible. The food was worse than school cafeteria food. The steak at the Italian restaurant was like a Salisbury steak with the consistency of heavy jello. We had to upgrade the premier dining options to access halfway edible food. Drinks were fine, and the staff was friendly with good service. At over $600 per night, I expect decent food.

The room was great, the employees are friendly, Roni the bellman helped my wife because she twisted her ankle on the trip to the hotel and he got her an ice pack. the concierge Miriam and Johnathan were helpful also.

Erick - Pool attendant was excellent, friendly and service was great. Amenities, room and food were also very good. Unfortunately no shuttle to resort and had to pay over 300USD to get to resort.

We enjoyed our stay. The property felt a little dated and the food was average. Overall the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It could be difficult to get chairs at the beach and main pool although we went during a very high season.

It was our first all inclusive resort and everything was excellent. Very safe. They took great care of us and helped us with everything we needed. We were also able to book our excursions at the hotel.
