Fully remodeled with modern fixtures, granite countertops, fully-equipped kitchen, and contemporary furniture. Two master suites, each with bathroom, along with a third full bathroom downstairs.

Girasol Sur is perched on the rocks between two white sand beaches known as Playas Gemelas ("Twin Beaches") with direct access to each. While conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta for those who enjoy experiencing the shopping, fine dining, cultural scene and nightlife of the Romantic Zone and Malecon, it also has an on-site supermarket and full service restaurant with bar for those who simply wish to spend the day pool- or beach-side. Paradise in PV
Simply paradise in PV. Everything in the condo was just like in the pictures and everything worked. Mary was a super helpful host and always communicating with us to see how we were doing. The views were breathtaking and our stay there was wonderful. The restaurant by the pool served excellent food and the staff were the best in PV. We ate there often and every meal was excellent. Also the store on premise had everything that we needed. Also the staff at the front desk were always super helpful and friendly. We stayed there for the month of February 2024 and we would go back again.

Perfect stay!
This is our second time staying here, and we can’t wait to come back. The apartment is beautiful, the property is impeccably maintained, and the condo staff are very friendly. Mary and Nick are very responsive and helpful with all requests. Even nature provided great entertainment from the balcony - humpbacks, turtles, dolphins and rays!

Great location and facility
Overall very impressed with the unit and communication as well as most amendities at this location. Our only complaint was that the dinners are the on site restaurant was just ok. We only ate there for one dinner but found breakfast and pool snacks to be great and great service. More dinner options would be best. Beach was great to swim at as well as the pool. Would stay here again. It is worth noting like others have it is a bit out of town but Uber was usually available and don't be afraid of the bus for a lower cost fair to get you into town. When Uber was a long wait, we just stood in front of the condo's and grabbed a bus which usually came within 10-15 minutes. Great little grocery store on site for basic needs as well as laundry. I would not recommend this site for elderly people as the stairs up to the bedrooms are fairly steep. Doable if careful but still be aware.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND WONDERFUL HOST!
If you need to stay at a quiet breathtakimg viewed condo, this is the one! The waters are the most beautiful in PV and Maria provided toys for the kids to play with! Maria was a wonderful host and very informative! She knew all the neat restraunts and things to do in PV. While there were a few hiccups in the unit, Maria was on it immediately and we got it figured out promptly. We saw whales from our balcony and the place was cleam and had everything you need to cook amd clean. Thanks Maria you were a joy to deal with! Natalie amd Foss family

Girasol Sur was an ideal location, and everyone who works there is extraordinarily nice. The condominium in particular was beautifully appointed. The beds are amazing! The view spectacular. And the hosts were so helpful. They left detailed information for us and even helped us find a good spear fishing guide! The stay couldn’t have been better.

Lovely property. Right overlooking ocean. We were able to see the whales swim past! Beach is literally outside the door, condos were clean, pool was great. It was a quick trip into town for dinner, entertainment, etc. Would totally recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo itself was very comfortable. Two full size balconys over looking the pool/ ocean. Great to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were very nice. The building itself is old, the elevators were down, used the service elevator during our stay. Highly recommend the Condo itself, the beach, pool area and staff.

Stayed with my husband and 5 and 7 year old. Perfect location! The views were incredible! The condo had everything we needed and the front desk staff were very helpful. The Perfect Getaway
This home is absolutely stunning! It looks just like the pictures and had AMAZING views from the balcony! The entire trip my boyfriend and had the sliding lass door open in the master suite. The sounds of the ocean were so relaxing and really helped us sleep peacefully. The hosts were so kind and helped put together a list of activities for us to do once we arrived. I found my new favorite getaway!

Great view, short ride to town
The owner Maria was extremely responsible and helpful before and during the stay. She provided information like bus and taxi process, Covid testing for return to the USA, restaurants and activities recommended by other guests, and made sure everything was to our liking. View was amazing and I loved the sound of the ocean singing me to sleep. We went in March so the ocean was too cold for our liking but the pool was perfect and you’re right on the ocean for the pool and restaurant. Restaurant had great options for all meals and we ate there several times throughout our stay. Staff was kind and respectful and the mini-mart had sunscreen and bug spray we could purchase. Bring cash (pesos recommended for better deal) as the on-site restaurant, on-site mini-mart, taxis and buses only accept cash. We used the bus stop right across the street to get into town several times to Zona Romantica and it worked great.

Great Stay, Great Hosts!
The property exceeded all expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. Mary and Nick were the best hosts! They communicated all of the important information (Covid-19 updates in the area, etc), insider recommendations, and condo updates well ahead of our stay which made our trip much easier upon arrival. The unit and entire building were perfectly clean and inviting. The unit was well stocked (they even had our favorite games: rummikub and backgammon!) Everyone we met on premise was extremely friendly and willing to help us with any questions. The location was perfect, especially if you’re interested in using the local buses. Thank you Mary and Nick! We can’t wait to be back and stay here again soon.

Such a gorgeous and calm place
It has been quite a few years since my husband and I have been to Puerto Vallarta. There are so many places to choose from and we decided we wanted to be a little further away from the inner city to relax and recharge from our busy lives in the states. This was a perfect place for us! Besides the location being amazing as it was on the water and had it such a beautiful view, The townhouse was extremely comfortable and had all things we needed to do light cooking. The master bed was so comfortable! And that’s the one big thing that my husband and I look for when choosing a place. Five stars there. The shower has a good water pressure and gets nice and hot. The kitchen is great. Basic utensils and cookware. A small cooler and plastic containers help with eating on the go or having leftovers. The small spaces, sugar, and oils are down below next to the refrigerator, we were too excited the first couple of days and didn’t realize that those items were there! This is not a hotel, this is a condo so you do need to do your own wash in the laundry facility and take your own garbage out, which was fine by us. The restaurant is a fabulous location and there is some live music once or twice a week. We loved that! The food in the restaurant is good, but not amazing. I mean, we can live off tacos and guacamole and chips for a week. Haha. The service in the restaurant is wonderful, friendly and attentive. The staff around the hotel premises is very friendly. We also felt extremely safe with all of the cleanliness and with a guard at the front gate 24 hours. We rented a car and it was easy to tour around Puerto Vallarta and go north and south of the city. A car is definitely not necessary, but we wanted our freedom on our own time. The host, Maria, is a fabulous communicator and was very helpful in trying to help us find restaurants. I also asked if there was had yoga mats and she didn’t, (I was going to bring mine if they did not have them ) but she ordered two of them for us and that was such a special treat!! What hospitality!! A great location for a relaxed visit and we will stay again in the future.

Wonderful accommodations
This is a beautiful condo. Every morning my girlfriend's and I would wake up and sit on the deck drink our coffee and enjoy the beautiful view. The pool was lovely the beach great. The owners communicate extremely well and make sure that everything is fine. The people who work at the condominium are incredibly friendly and helpful .I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you Mary and Nick for a wonderful stay.
