“First of all I would like to start by saying that I’m giving a one star because there’s no option of a cero and the one star is only for the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet who was the only person that deserves a 5 star review. My experience at Infinity Bay Resort in the past was a complete different story. “Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet).……
