“Property worked perfectly for our group. Large kitchen and counter space, dining room table for meals, large gathering areas, comfortable beds, the garage was appreciated. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and the fairgrounds. Highly recommended!”

“2nd time renting from this host and will continue when we come to Davenport. New subdivision, great for walking, close to a trail. Conveniently located with easy access to grocery, restaurants, highway. Units are clean, spacious, well-equipped with whatever you need, and comfortable. As pics describe, you get a full kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room, and nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Bonus is access to a garage! Check-in/out, as well as communication with host, was seamless!”

“Home was great and as described. Clean and very close to many restaurants and places we needed to be.”

“We visited Bettendorf to spend time with our daughter while she is working there this summer. The property was conveniently located close to everything—the interstate, restaurants, shopping, walking trails and most importantly, our daughter! The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated having access to the washer and dryer during our stay. The property is pet-friendly, so there was a slight odor when we arrived, but it was not……

“Very clean and updated home! Lots of space and loved having all the bedrooms for our group staying the night. Messages were answered almost immediately. We were in town visiting family and this was a great option for us. Would love to book again in the future!”

“We were thankful for a dog friendly home that had a fenced in backyard. After a week of traveling our dogs loved it.”

“Beautiful home!”

“The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful.”

“This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!”

“Perfect stay for a Fall girls’ weekend. Bike trails, calm waters, clear night skies and campfires included. Shopping and restaurants are a quick drive. ”

“The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!”
