“Had to spend an extra 10 dollars for incidentals, not sure what those would be honestly. The room was 200 a night, should not have to pay any extra at check in. breakfast was a good mix of eggs, potatoes and sausage, also waffles and cereal.”

“Overall a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, quiet, and met our needs. It looked just like the pictures online. Small but comfortable. Just know the bedroom is in the loft and the bathroom is downstairs. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch and listening to the birds after a day of hiking at Dinosaur Valley or Cleburne State Parks. Or shopping in town or up in Granbury. “When I arrived I was early and asked if I could use lobby restroom and I’d check in if after 3 pm. The bathroom in lobby was not working, the employee looked up my reservation and told me my room was ready. I asked could I use restroom in my room, and she said she’d have to charge me $25 for early check-in, I was being charged for their restroom being out of order. I paid the $25, and checked in early. “Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful; we really liked them as people and for their customer service skills. The breakfast was very nice, parking was easy and plentiful. The location was perfect for us; its not in the downtown part of Granbury, but a 3 minute drive if you get stopped at the red light.”
