“Every member of the staff that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. The room had everything needed to relax, cook, bathe, and sleep. The heating and cooling for the room worked perfectly and I could adjust it with ease. The indoor pool was warm and open until 10 pm. ”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……
