“Accessible room shower was broken and changed me to a standard room without notification. As a wheelchair user this is not possible. Ended up having to stay in thr accessible room with no water. Was charged for two nights at full price even though I did not stay thr second night and had requested a refund”

“The room wasn’t very clean. The carpet had several places that looked like it had not been vacuumed (dirt, etc on carpet). The bedding had stains on the comforter. Breakfast is very limited. Great location, but I’d skip staying here next time.”

“After a 15-hour drive, I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room felt dirty as soon as I walked in. The bedspread looked stained, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found pubic hair and long black hairs, indicating the bedding had not been changed. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The AC wasn’t working, the elevator was broken, and there were cigarette burns in the carpet. The front desk employee was not very helpful. I ultimately……

“The room was nice and clean. Breakfast area had variety of items. Fresh fruit was available to mix with yogurt. Also scrambled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. The staff was very friendly and great options for local restaurants instead of chain restaurants in the area. Convenient location. Very easy to find. Unfortunately, the only unfavorable comment was pool was under construction and not available. I just wish I was informed prior to booking my reservation.”

“Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only issues were that the room could have used more towels, and the shower pressure was a little too strong for our preference. Other than that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.”
