“Clean room, smooth check in, quiet location”

“There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels……

“Our stay was not very enjoyable. Breakfast was subpar, not even a toaster and many things not stocked. Got our own napkins out of the cupboard so us and others could use them. One staff working that was not friendly. Beds were uncomfortable as well. Won’t be back.”
