“When we arrived at 4 pm on August 1, 2025, the room that we reserved was not ready. We had an event to attend so we were not able to wait for the room to be ready. We had to accept a room with a double queen instead of a king bed. We were very disappointed that the room we reserved was not ready an hour after check in. We were not told where to park “just anywhere in the parking lot”. We were not told where the elevator was located, about complimentary breakfast, the amenities available, the……
