“We had to wait over 20 mins at the front desk to check in because no one was working it when we arrived around 6pm. We had to call Expedia to try and contact someone because no employees could be located anywhere. She finally came in from her vape break which is where we saw the same employee all weekend. Never at the desk always outside vaping. Also, they didnt have towels, pillows and when asked this same desk clerk was obnoxious about it. The pool is by the elevators and there are no rugs……
