“I have stayed at Los Corales several times(locally called The Tortuga). It is a nice clean place with a helpful staff. One thing to make sure to ask to get a room on the back side of the hotel. The rooms which face the road do have some traffic noise which may or may not be a problem depending on what you are used to. It is not excessive but I am from a rural area and just not used to it. “It’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The staff could also be more attentive and responsive to guests’ needs. With better attention to cleanliness and customer service, the overall experience would be much more enjoyable.”

“Cleaning staff was super nice, breakfast was ok, room next door had kids that were loud. I thought we would be staying ocean view but we got a room in the back of the nice house.”

“I really enjoyed the daily breakfast and the housekeeping crew was great! Our room was cleaned pretty much everyday which I really appreciated. The grounds were also really pretty and I loved being able to walk into town each day. The only downside, truthfully, was the lack of communication between the front desk and the dive shop. I was a bit caught off guard at the end when I was settling my bill. I got the things figured out but it was definitely a little bit of a headache.”
