“Lovely interior and perfect location! I walked to downtown Cocoa beach and road my bike to a race at the aquatic center. The 4/5 is for two reasons: 1) It appears to be managed by a property management company called Ubango, not directly by a host on Vrbo. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences. This caused some stress when my flight got in late and I struggled to……

“Our hosts were wonderful catering to all of our needs. The beach is 1/2 block away which is a great plus. Cocoa beach is a much recommended getaway especially since we stayed 3 months. The only negative is that the second floor apartments are not fully carpeted which is a consideration when booking the upstairs apartment. The noise was a constant issue ”
