“This get away is all about the location and view, which is absolutely stunning both during the day and on moon lit nights. The cottage is rustically charming and has simple but adequate amenities to meet all your needs. The property is just outside of Rockport center but feels a bit more remote though close to all this beautiful town has to offer. This was just the vacation we were hoping for.”

“This house is a great homebase for exploring the adorable seaside town of Rockport. It's got it's quirks, sure, but overall we enjoyed our time and would stay here again.The house was immaculate, well-stocked with all the basic kitchen needs, and was in a great location.The quirks? Since most of these things are personal preference, I wouldn't say they are cons, but just maybe would help someone else in their decision to book. They wouldn't dissuade us from staying here again.1. The mattress on……

“The cottage was well-appointed, very clean, quietly situated, and had what can only be described as a million-dollar view of the twin lighthouses on Thatcher Island. Check in and out were super easy and our host was dedicated to ensuring our stay was perfect. Do recommend to anyone wanting the quintessential Cape Ann experience.”

“The cottage was exactly how it was listed online. The place sets on a beautiful hillside with amazing views. The town was beautiful and tons of things to daily. Food, tons of shops and ice cream shops are just everywhere and they are very tasty. Not far from the train station which I absolutely loved! We spent 7 days exploring every corner and I’m definitely coming back. Marilyn is the best host ever and she was full of the sea side knowledge she’s so kind and pleasant.”
