“We loved everything about this place! The room had a nice layout. The Roku TVs were easy to use and it was great that we could easily sign into our own streaming service accounts. The refrigerator had a Brito water container with filter. The room also had a small counter top stove, a microwave and a coffee maker. The only complaint that I had was that I got pretty warm in the bed despite having the AC set to 65 degrees. There was no fan in the bedroom.”

“The best thing about this property is the location. It was a short walk (10 minutes or so) from Rockport Center and Bearskin Neck. The beach view and parking were great. Those things are certainly worth a premium, but I do not think it's worth the $419.99 per night pre-Memorial Day we paid. The amenities are not equivalent of those typically provided at hotels costing $400+ per night. For example, there was no full-size ironing board and the iron was cheap and ineffective. “We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And……
