Great service and great breakfast!

I stayed twice, the first time I forgot a pair of shoes and a jacket. When I came back a week later, they still had it for me.

I like the service of the staff , I like the coffee and free breakfast. Everything was clean . Really enjoy the stay.

Judy at the front desk was amazing. Her excellent customer service was such a relief after a terrible experience down the street. She really saved the night.

The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly, even going so far as to remember and address me by my name when greeting me in the morning. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. Perfect location close to all and easy freeway access plus abundant safe free parking. Highly recommend

Our first visit to Homewood Inn and the layout of the room was great. Lobby was fully stocked and staff friendly and helpful.

The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating as we arrived a couple hours before check in and they were able to get us a room rather quickly. We were okay if they were not able to but I appreciate they were able to make the effort.

Great place for visiting relatives. Very clean, modern, nice breakfast, spacious rooms.

Super Clean, New interior carpet and finishes, Great Shower, Large Screen TV, couch in the King Bed room. Only issue for me is a Very Firm Bed. Also feel like they should automatically provide more than 2 towels.

For the price and fact that it's a motel, the friendliness and service was great. Breakfast is included and there were lots of good quality options to choose from. My only complaint is there wasn't a blanket in the room in addition to the sheet and bed cover.
