“Parking was easy and safe. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. The trolley that takes you to town was a plus! Enjoyed watching the ships that were on the river. ”

“Fun and funky spot in an excellent location. This is a quirky hotel, some rooms have shared bathrooms, etc., but we booked a studio apartment style room with a full bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchen not well stocked -be sure you understand the rules and expectations regarding cooking in the unit ahead of time. We borrowed kitchen tools and made it work, so we were able to cook a couple of breakfasts and have leisurely coffee in our room. Fantastic view, we were in room 501. The location is……

“Loved this hotel!!! Would absolutely stay here again. Being able to use the spa services at the adrift hotel was such a plus and the entire vibe of the shelburne was amazing. Didn’t love the food but sitting at the bar with a drink or playing pool was great. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and very cute. Staff was super friendly as well! ”

“Classy old dated hotel. Our room was lovely, bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We wanted to stay in one of Astoria's haunted hotels while staying out at the coast, and while we didn't get every spooky thing we hoped for, we did get a couple unexplained experiences. Would love to stay here again. Only complaint (minor) was that we did a lap around a couple blocks before finding out that it's street parking only for this hotel. Had no problem getting a good parking……

“There didnt happen to be any staff on site the entire time we were there which was weird, but okay. We did have an open/ used cup that was still wet and a K-cup that had been used before we got there. Overall decent price, but unsure if I would book again.”

“Everything was first rate, from the linens, to the bed, to the home itself, to the delicious breakfasts, to the game room in the basement, and especially the friendliness of Candy and Ken. You will not be dissapointed. They also own the "Salty Dog" fishing charter boat if that's on your agenda.”
