“We really enjoyed this apartment. It is very well located, close to Dupont Circle and the Metro there, restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS drugstore. It is also close to the Phillips Collection, which we love. The kitchen was quite well stocked, with all the cookware and dishes we needed and even oil, vinegar and some spices in the pantry. A good washer and dryer are right outside the front door of the apartment (in a closet) , with a cleaners downstairs if you are not inclined to do your own...

“This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...

“I was in DC for a 36 hours of endurance events and needed a place to rest between events. The apartment was exactly as listed and located within walking distance of the USMC Memorial and plenty of restaurants around. It was noted there was no AC, but there was a fan and I was able to stay cool on a warm weekend. The apartment owner was very helpful and there was some confusion about checkin time on the web page vs the app. She was super flexible and worked to make my required check in time work...
