“The Winchester Whiskey Bar was great especially since the weather was nasty the day we arrived. The hotel check in attendant was unapologetic in telling us check in time was changed to 4pm even though our reservation said 3pm and we were eager to get settled and dry after a rough trip over the water in 35 mph wind with rain. There was also only two cups of caffeinated coffee in the room when we were three adults and no coffee downstairs, which was very disappointing considering the cost of the……

“We were very pleased with the young lady who checked us in at registration she was amazing as well. The breakfast was wonderful and Ray did an excellent job making sure that the buffet was well stocked and area was clean. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. At the end of our stay Beverly did an amazing job while checking us out, making sure that our stay was everything we expected and more and that we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying at the Breakers very soon again.”
