“Beware before you book! I hope Expedia publishes this. We arrived at the property around 9:00 PM. Two separate adults tried to use the code given. It didn’t work. We called the number they provided and it said the system was not functioning properly and to call the next day. We eventually had to book at a different hotel. The next day we called and they said a refund would be given that day. When I didn’t get a refund, I contacted them the next day, they said I needed to get the refund……

“Staff super nice! Grounds really nice & pool. Bed very comfortable. Room clean. Bathroom area dated. The toilet shower “room” tiny! if you had a walker or were a larger person I don’t think you could even turn around, you would have to back in and leave door open. No towel rack at sink to hang a hand towel. Couldn’t keep my flat iron plugged in, kept falling out of outlets.”

“Room was dirty and sheets very questionable. Sink leaking all over the counter and if your big or tall the toilet was so low it was tough to get up. Check the breakfast and went down the road. Pancakes and cold cereal and area also unclean. Been in the town many times at other locations will never go back here.”

“It was difficult to get the TV working. Good thing there was a printout with the 5 step process to turn the TV on. There was no ice available. The shower head leaked so much, they wrapped a small towel around the connection which had to be adjusted so water didn't spray everywhere.”

“The Beachcomber is a charming place to stay. It hearkens back to the roadside motels with individual doors into each suite, but it's not old and musty - it's fresh and clean and RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We really enjoyed our stay.”
