We were surprised to find an towel hanging behind the bathroom door on arrival, assuming it was an used towel from previous guests. We were disappointed to find the lotion bottle was nearly empty. Lastly the area where the glass sliding door connecting to the shower had some black spots, not something one would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The staff were kind, helpful, and responsive! The property was clean, well located in the city, and walkable. The only drawback is a personal one, which is the beds were softer than we prefer, but we greatly enjoyed the full kitchen area and housekeeping's work in keeping it clean. They even washed our dishes, which we didn't expect at all! We would definitely stay here again!
