“Lovely New Forest pub. Very friendly atmosphere. Large clean room, comfy bed, modern bathroom. Very quiet at night. Big breakfast, varied evening meals and excellent beer. New Forest ponies on the green and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's grave two minutes up the road!

“Due to a sad incident at a festival it was cancelled and book Burley Manor last minute and late at night. The staff on arrival were so welcoming. I loved my room, and the lounges the hotel offered. Waking to the views was delightful.

“Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.”
