We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they...

"We stayed for 2 nights at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje and had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The balcony area was lovely and a great place to sit and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is good as well, with shops, restaurants, and the beach only a short drive away. Even though we only stayed for a couple of nights, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Costa Adeje."

"My first time staying here and won’t be the last really enjoyed my time here loads of sunbathing areas breakfast was good loads of options the staff are really friendly and good at what they do the hotel is huge with really nice decor plants and trees and water features great swimming pools and has a nice wee gym for a daily workout, the room itself was really big and loads of space for clothes great comfortable bed nice bathroom and the tv has Netflix which was great I can definitely say I will be back. Thanks 🙏 "

"This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10\. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc. Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10 Like an old poor 3 star hotel. Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards. We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid. Beds/mattress ok 7/10 Bedding 5/10 Soundproofing-5/10 Blackout curtains 6/10 Shower 10/10 Room towels 2/10 Water filling stations - 10/10 Food: 8/10 good buffet style food, lots of choice,some vegan/gluten All inclusive snack 10/10 bar open from Gym- 8/10 Fitness activities 10/10 - 10/10 -2 good-sized pools one more for kids. Good location 10/10 "

"I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training. "
