"Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. "The property is lovely, with everything in order and clean for a quick family get away. The kitchen is amazing, fully equipped with deluxe appliances. The layout worked out well with 2 living areas for our different ages to spread out. We had easy access to golfing and everything Lake Lure has to offer. The bedroom arrangement was ideal for us with children each in their own bed! It is a great property - I'd book again."
