“Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect. “They did in fact have sheets and blankets so not sure why it says it doesn’t but yes you need your own towels lol and soaps! Short drive to the river and all the instructions were in a binder on the counter when we got there explaining where the dumpster and everything was that we needed even cute notes from previous stayers at the end of the binder. Plenty of room for us and all 6 of our kids even tho they slept on the living room floor simply because there was only one tv in the place lol it...
