On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me. "

"Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks. The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great. Would love to return. "
