“Tess and Said are very kind hosts. Unfortunately Arbitel/vrbo had not properly communicated confirmation of our booking so that was a little hiccup in the beginning but Tess and Said came to our rescue at midnight and checked us in, explaining the unexpected confusion.The property is close to all ammenities - just a quick stroll to ALL forms of transport and quaint restaurants and bars and supermarket!! Very convenient!!We felt very safe in the suburb of Saint Cloud where we had the River Seine……

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.”
