"This was our 4th stay at Fritz. The house and location are perfect for us. Close to nothing, but not far from everything! The fenced yard is just what we need for our pup and the peaceful views and atmosphere are just what we need for us. As always, Adam was most accommodating, addressing any need we had. Fritz is truly the best deal on Alligator Point. Thank you Adam for once again sharing your home with us. We'll see you again in a few months!"

"Very nice home. The view from the screened in porch was spectacular for sunrises every morning and lounging throughout the day. It’s a very quiet and peaceful area. We had the beach all to ourselves. The hosts were great with communication. We would highly recommend this vacation rental! "
