“Struttura immersa nel verde, con camere anche vista mare, camere nel belvedere molto spaziose con bel terrazzo con bella vista e arredate con gusto. Titolari marito e moglie molto gentili e disponibili anche negli spostamenti all interno della struttura, la strada che porta alla struttura non è in perfette condizioni, utile avere un mezzo/ veicolo adeguato. “Brighten up the rooms. The bedding and drapes were dark and depressing. Need softer pillows. Other than that everything else was marvelous.”

“整體住宿體驗不錯。不過地毯顏色太淺色(米白色)對用家不方便。收費飲品很多，但無提供免費飲用水，且茶包只有壹包及壹包即冲咖啡(兩日計)；以四星酒店而言，不成比例。浴室淋浴間空間太小及漏水，使用不便。”

“Clean room, good and varied breakfast. It's a nice place if you want to visit Cerveteri, not too far from the sea and near the town and all the historic places around it.”

“The staff was really nice gave us ideas of things to do. Made us feel like family. The dinner was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. The room was spacious and very clean. They have plenty of parking. Finding it was not the easiest but GPS will get you there. ”

“This is an easy one. Hands-down one of my best stays in an B&B. The host was absolutely the nicest guy I’ve dealt with. So accommodating so helpful. Helped me with my luggage and was not just nice, he was human and kind. It’s only a five minute walk away from the shops and beach. Cute little coffee shop across the street where you can get your breakfast that’s included and might I add the coffee is delicious and so are the pastries! I definitely recommend! Perfect stay!”

Booking through Expedia does not include beach access according to the passive aggressive note left in our room. The breakfast was serviceable, better than most hotel breakfast in the US but not nearly as nice as most European hotel breakfast. It was a pleasant stay though and we would visit again.”
