Outstanding staff. Helpful in every way!!

We stayed at this location for my daughters college tour. We called ahead and said we would be a late arrival. We were told no worries, be careful, drive safe and see you when you get in. We arrived about 9pm. The employee at the desk waa amazing, wonderful ans very friendly. Asked if i wanted water or coffee because he know i had been driving thru some bad weather. Very good hotel great customer service as well

Really nice for the price definitely would consider if traveling in the area

The closer i got there it made me wonder where did they really put this place. If it wasn't for my research i would've never thought it was worth it. I had the most amazing relaxing time away. This has become my new run away spot!

Beautiful location, very nice hotel, great restaurants near buy, just loved the location, waonderrul lake views as one drives towards hotel location

Went to Sandusky for a soccer tournament and chose to stay a bit away from all the hoopla. great decision. Much quieter and more relaxing than the in town hotels and water parks. Nice facility, better than average breakfast..no complaints. Great beds.

It was so clean, hospitality was amazing, they even texted to check up and they have COOKIES at the front desk! Plus breakfast was awesome. Definitely staying next time we go to cedar point

Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and had a nice breakfast in the morning. We stay at a lot of home 2 suites for this reason while traveling with our kids for their sporting events!

The Wave was awesome! We stayed in the 3rd floor suite, the view of lake Erie was amazing! The people were helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is pricey and not included.

Everything was great. Clean rooms shower water pressure fantastic and plenty of hot water night and next morning. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great tasting and plenty of choices. Staff very friendly.

Very polite staff, clean and well maintained hotel. We always base our stays on who has free breakfast and I will say they surpassed our expectations. Hot breakfast even at the end and a ton of variety to choose from.
