“We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon”

“Good choices at breakfast very clean”

“The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again……

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. “The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. “The property is well-located within walking distance of the downtown shopping and theater area, so it was a nice option for us.
