"The property is in a good location. The communication with the ownees was beyond exceptional. The house has the basics that are needed.Unfortunately, the home was dirty. The first thing noticed was the built up dirt under the couch that can be seen as you walk up the stairs. It appears as though maintenance and cleaning are not a priority. Rips in rhe sofa, torn blinds, floor not swept. It's unfortunate that the place isn't better cared for. It could a top notch rental with just a little...
