“Excelente ”

“My experience at this resort was very disappointing. The property is practically empty; there were only 1 or 2 staff members and, from what we could see, no other guests. From the beginning, we were given incorrect information. We were told that breakfast started at 8:30 a.m., but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that it did not start until 10:00 a.m. After waiting for an hour, the employee named Angel finally informed us that there was actually no chef available and that……

“This is a perfect place for relaxing, the property and the people who manage the place are amazing. Rooms are very confortable and large.”

“I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to inquire about road safety, given the recent heavy rainfall and the fact that they are located on a bumpy dirt road, quite a ways away from the main paved road. They assured me it was safe. However, upon attempting to drive to the hotel, we quickly realized it was not safe for us nor for our rental car. We also knew that it would be even more unsafe once it got dark and more heavy rain was forecast for that night. So, we contacted the hotel to request……

“My wife and I recently stayed here. The staff and service was great and the grounds are beautiful . The entire place was very clean and the views of the night sky are killer. My wife booked a message at the spa and she loved it. The infinity pool and spa was a great touch. Food was awesome and they even had a coffee educator that came and talked to guests about Colombian coffee and had a coffee tasting with it. We will be returning for sure. ”
