“The apartment is immaculate, very well decorated and has an incredible view. The host manages a number of properties so every time we had a question there was time spent explaining at which property we were staying which was frustrating. There was so much written communication from the host beforehand that I had to plow through emails to find the check-in process which did not make much sense. There was missing (the code to get in is through the basement door not the front door) and inaccurate……

“Great property, central Funchal and easy to walk everywhere. Situated above Blandy's Wine lodge and next to a park with a cafe, so didn't have to go far for a chill out! Very comfortable and spacious, the only thing to bear in mind is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.”

“The appartment was perfect for our family. It was close to everything, the ocean, the shops, restaurants... The extra bathroom was very handy for a family of 4.
