"Overall, the property is quite nice. Sapelo Island itself isn't much to visit in the winter time or, frankly, any time at all unless you're really into hanging out on pristine, secluded beaches. (In season, in terms of activities, I suppose fishing from the beach -- surf casting -- might be fun & productive. "Cute and clean space. Perfect for a couple. A little crowded with 4, but enough sleeping space. There’s a pull out couch on each side of the fireplace and a king bed in bedroom. Located close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners respond quickly. We had a really great stay."

"We had a wonderful stay for Mother's Day weekend. we loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. We loved that there were Menu's to the local restaurants. This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year."

Perfect quick get away

"The King & Prince was amazing as always. The location is perfect. We get a golf cart & can get anywhere we need to without using our car. I especially enjoyed the music in the lobby on Wednesday & Thursday night. We will be back soon."

"Loved our stay! The only thing is the parking situation. There's enough spots but it's tight. So you might have trouble if you drive a big car. Staff were super friendly, and room was clean and housekeeping staff were on top of it too! Woukd definitely stay again! "

Charming motel in the heart of downtown!

"We LOVED Queens Court! The location is simply unbeatable -- you're literally across the street from great restaurants and shops, including several that offer Queens Court lodgers a discount. The pier is less than a 5-minute walk, and the motel offers free parking! All this at about a third (no kidding) of the price of other hotels on St. Simons. The rooms are clean and have nice conveniences like a microwave, good-sized fridge, and Keurig. The rooms are a bit on the small side (for the US) and a little lacking in storage, like a dresser or shelves, but ours was just fine for a couple who only had one suitcase each. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our housekeeper said she liked working there because they pay good money, which I appreciated. We also enjoyed the lovely pool surrounded by live oaks draped in Spanish Moss. It's a peaceful, charming setting, and we loved the 1940s vibe. Bottom line: If you're looking for massive, luxurious resort-style accommodations or a party-hearty location, this isn't your place. If you're looking for a local business that provides a clean, quiet, comfortable place for a couple or family to stay in a FANTASTIC location and that appears to have strong relationships with their employees and other local businesses, stay here! We will definitely be back on our next visit to St. Simons."
