"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. "Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. "
