“Stayed one night for a baseball tournament. Room was just fine for our family of 4. Pool area was great! Breakfast was average. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay again if ever needed.”

“We liked that this hotel had suites with King beds, and a separate bedroom. Unfortunately the bedroom had a glass door with an odd see thru curtain which didn't provide privacy for changing, or overnight. The room smelled quite musty and the carpet seemed damp. In the washroom the ceiling above the shower was damaged, as were the walls in a few areas. We appreciated the amount of space in the room, but thought the hotel needs a refresh. The pool area was quite warm as soon as you walked in-……

“Did not like the parking lot. The hallways to the rooms were very narrow. If you let the room door close on its own it’s very loud. They had a power outage from 11 PM till 4 AM. I did not sleep well.”

“I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took……

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“My initial reservations were for five nights - I was there to see my brother at the hospital. He was discharged early, so I cancelled my last night and flew home. The hotel refused to reimburse me for the fifth night, even though I advised them two nights before. I will never stay there again nor use Expedia for reservations.”

“I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund.
