A couple suggestions: we stayed ocean-front and our balcony door looked like it had been through hell (it needs wood work done to secure it when closed), and parking is the same cost whether you self-park or do valet (we weren't told this and walked multiple times daily across the street for the SAME PRICE!). After my flight was delayed 6 hours, I was worried that I would not make it to the hotel in time to check in (3 am) . However when I called and said that I was going to be late, the front desk clerk was more than accomodating and stayed past her shift to make sure that I was able to check in safely and efficiently.
