“Very cool 1920s home and cottage. Kitchen and bathroom were well outfitted. Shaded by big trees and extremely well outfitted including great porch areas around the whole house! Back yard has a most wonderful lounge area with great seating for kicking back with coffee or drinks!”

“We have stayed here multiple times and it has ALWAYS been immaculate and nicely appointed. Right on the beach -the hosts think of everything umbrellas, towels, chairs, beach bag, games, coffee & tea selection is nice touch too w "starter" dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, TP, paper towels etc... SOOOOO RELAXING!!”

“Great place for family get together”

“Small home in an older part of Vero Beach. The location is near old down town that is undergoing a revitalization process. Neighborhood is okay, but not a good place to go for a walk. No sidewalks or anything. Quick drive over to the island and the beach. If you are planning to stay to make meals and cook, know this is a very small kitchen. Functional, but I didn't attempt to cook in it beyond using the microwave.”

“What a wonderful setting. This place has a lot of charm. It has all the attributes of a modern cottage yet is only 10-20 minutes away from major beaches and waterway. Excellent restaurants and stores are within minutes. An extensive waking area is also adjacent to the property. We had an issue with the lock as the description did not match (I guess the locks had just been updated and I am technically challenged). However Pedro was able to immediately remedy. It would be helpful if a small……

“It truly was an ocean paradise, the access to the beach was amazing. It was quiet and the turtles laying eggs all up and down the beach was something I've never seen. It was fairly secluded and daily walks up and down had plenty of wildlife, shells and beauty. You would stay here for the location, the house is well equipped for cooking and plenty of recreational equipment available from past guests. You are self sufficient and take care of your own housekeeping which is fine with me. ……

“It was exactly as presented in the listing. A little slice of paradise on the beach. Everything was exactly as it should be and any problems were corrected immediately. Our hosts were eager to satisfy our needs. We were excited to be able to see 2 launches from our backyard. It was almost like having a private beach because we saw few people when we walked on the beach.”

“This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude……
