"New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. "Nice apartment in a converted wine tasting room. Clean and large with a very responsive owner. The only concern is that two of the 3 bedrooms have walls that are open at the top - meaning that sound can easily travel throughout the place, so not super private.We are a family so had a great time and enjoyed the large common areas."
