For a small 11 room boutique hotel, the rooms were well appointed, and calmly decorated to put guest at ease. Though, it could use an ice machine, specially for hot summer days, available for guest……

There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk”
