Residence Inn Florence Marriott

"We have never stayed at the residence Inn by Marriott in Florence Alabama. It was a little older inside the room, but everything was well kept and very very clean. You could hear the people that were moving around above. You just a little bit not bad. We were on the second floor and could hear the people above us just walking like I said, it wasn’t bad. The rooms are extremely roomy and like I said they were very clean. Everything was the shower was awesome big walk-in glass shower. The staff was exceptional. Very kind parking was adequate for sure. Breakfast needs some help. I did not try the waffles and usually those are pretty good but we did have sausage biscuits, bacon, and eggs. The biscuits were not good. You could tell they were frozen. The sausage was rubbery. You could tell it had been microwaved and the bacon was tough. You could tell that it was pre-cooked bacon and it was very salty. The coffee area was hidden. I had to really look for it to be able to find it all in all the hotel was extremely nice very clean, but I was not impressed with the breakfast. we do plan to stay there again though."

"The room was clean except for the floor in the bathtub area.some of the wall surfaces were dirty. It needs coffee makers, drinking cups and glasses in the room and an ice machine on property."
