“Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.”

“The bed was extra comfy, shower was great, and communication with the host was spot on! Just be careful going into and getting out of the bed, the bed frame seemed a little unstable. ”
