The location was great, we didn’t have to use the car that much, lots of places to walk by foot. Very convenient to the beach that was just across the street! Loved staying here!”

“Easy walk to beach, gulf view from condo and watched a beautiful sunset from deck on top of building. Enjoyed our stay, we had everything we needed in kitchen to make a nice meal. The only suggestion I have would be to change the sink in bathroom next time an update is needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. ”

“Grace and Charlie were extremely communicative and helpful hosts. The heated pool overlooking the intercoastal was very nice. Saw dolphins nearly every morning while drinking my coffee on the dock ! “I recommend avoiding this property at all costs, especially in the summertime. They had me in one unit and everyday the thermostat was roughly 10 higher than the temperature it was set at. When I reached out to the management company, I was given the excuse that it’s hard for the AC unit to keep up with the Florida heat. Absolutely ridiculous. The unit at the last rental property I was at had no issue maintaining a comfortable temperature. I threatened to take legal action against them, and they……

“This home was great, perfect size for what we needed and so close to the beach. Also John's pass was a quick walk and had tons of things to do and places to eat. My daughter's and I were there nearly everyday. Then home was clean when we got there, any questions I had were told to promptly as well. Had everything we needed.”
