"Sticky carpet, I got multiple bug bites in a room, dirty sink when I checked in. family had issues in their rooms as well. Breakfast wasn’t a continental or something, it was a $15 discount at the restaurant. They were out of things so we weren’t able to eat before we left."

"It truly is an outstanding hotel. At first I was bit iffy based on my experience from a Larkspur at a different location. When I came to the Folsom location I was immediately wowed by the plethora of food options that were conveniently located within the same parking lot. A Burger King, Indian food, Chinese food, and a teriyaki place all just a mere hundreds of feet away. There is even a movie theater that one could get to if they were willing to walk an “exhausting” 20 seconds to. I was able to park right in front of the hotel. The lobbyist was super friendly. Gave me a room immediately. Room was incredibly spacious with lg fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Everything was incredibly clean and updated. Breakfast was great to include eggs and sausage. Zero complaints and much that I could rave about. "

The room I was assigned lacked basic essentials — there was no trash can, no towels for drying, and the phone was disconnected from the wall. These are not minor oversights; they reflect a serious lack of attention to guest comfort and basic standards. I expected a minimum level of care and was disappointed at every turn. As a result, I will not be returning to your establishment and cannot recommend it to others. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure future guests do not have the same experience. "Office chair was broken in the room and shower did not drain. When I notified the staff, they kind of smiled and shrugged their shoulders and that was it."

"The price was exorbitant for the condition of the motel. The online photos are not representitive of the detoration of this property. Maintainance is needed in many areas. The food from the free breakfast was almost "fake food". Reports indicate this was a homeless hotel for some time and appears as such. This is not a $160 night motel....maybe $80 night. I was dupped."

"The air conditioner in our room made a racket of a sound when it ran. Unfortunately we needed to have it on as it was hot in the room. We needed our sleep desperately as we were there for the UTMB, so the little sleep we got, was not great as we had this crazy noise in the room. Please check your units and fix them."

"My daughter found a double ended metal dildo in the pull out couch. We got a new room and two tall starbucks drinks for the trouble, but she didn't want to sleep in the pull out couch after that. So we slept together and it wasn't a great stay."
