“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. “property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water……

“Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. “A beautiful property which made for a perfect stay for 11 of us celebrating 5 teenagers GCSE results. Whilst we all made good use of the pool for hours each day, we also loved having the Tennis court, table tennis, play area, bikes and beach equipment, all of which got some use.The grounds are lovely, with lots left to wilding which meant there were an abundance of bees in and out of the hives which were also (carefully) visited by a number of us. In the evenings we made use of the projector……

“The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”

“No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.”

“Overall the property was very good and met our needs. The facilities were fine except one downstairs shower room had no ventilation and smelt mouldy after use. The garden and shed needed some attention. We had a very happy time.”
