“We stayed for two nights at Villa Maritima and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, and our host Hallie was incredibly pleasant and easy to communicate with. This is by far the nicest VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in! The location is perfect, featuring a beautiful seawall with a cozy sitting area—ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching dolphins and local marine life. The property provided bicycles, making it easy to explore. Siesta Key Village……

“Stayed 2 nights in the Solitude Suite at Siesta Key with my son after spending several days in Sarasota. Suite was ready early. Lisa was responsive and communicated right away via text. Suite is well equipped with kitchennette and updated bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. My son and I enjoyed the heated pool on-site. It is right across the street from beach access. Trolley stop is right outside the property. There are several good walkable restaurants as well if you don’t want to take……

“We had an overall amazing stay! Our only complaint was that the airflow in the master bathroom and bedroom was not great. However, the living room and other bedroom had great AC. Aside from that, you cannot beat the location of this place. We loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was stocked with plenty of towels and beach chairs. We would love to return to this location!”

“The property was close to all the shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach . It was updated and clean . We asked for new beach chairs because the ones there were broken and they came immediately. very accommodating ”

“My wife and I stayed five nights on Siesta Key. The location is convenient, deep into the island yet close to the public beach. It's a long walk to the nearest strip mall.The apartment has been refreshed and was clean. The kitchen is small but decently equipped. We found the bed comfortable and the bath functional. What stood out on the positive side was quick responsiveness of the support staff to fix minor glitches. They were prompt to call service and/or deliver things.Lastly, don't be misled……

“This is our second time staying in this condo (first time was many years ago before it was updated). Great location (we call it the quiet side of the island). Close to the beach and other restaurants that you can walk too. Condo is very clean and updated. Well decorated. Only cons: since Siesta Key privatized the beach it was hard to find a spot. We heard this is going to change but the hotels take an extreme amount of area only leaving the public to squeeze in other spaces. And the hotel areas……

“House was great! Pool was great for the kids. I do recommend an addition blankets for the twin roll away. We only had one blanket with two sheets for the two twin roll away. And i highly recommend wider curtains for in the living room where the rollaways were. The barely covered the sliders. Other the. That the house was fantastic. It was a great location for the beach. Made our little weekend getaway perfect!”
