“Older building but plenty of charm and in good shape. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool is nice and beach is right there. Not sure what else you need.”

Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”

“The biggest surprise was the tile floors, shower, bathroom facilities plus bedding... All new and clean!. Really all of it was impressive for a small metro motel. It's a port town, but we followed Expedia's recommendation and we're pleased we did.”

The hotel felt understaffed, which showed in multiple ways—from incorrect orders to slow or inconsistent service. The beach experience, in particular, fell short: difficulty securing seating and lackluster food and drink service made it feel far from the elevated experience you’d expect. “I was not aware that they charge you 25$ a day for security deposit for your length of stay. They don’t refund it for 5-8 days. So, I paid 75$ as I was there 3 days. Had to get the manager to get our room cleaned. Unaware that they clean every other day.”

“We booked an ocean view room and they gave us a room with parking lot view. No accountability on their end at all. I had to come down and make the claim. They said Expedia needed to request the price adjustment. They did on that very same night, and several days later, still no response from the hotel. The manager at the lobby was not friendly or helpful at all. 0 stars for hospitality.”

“We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. The breakfast had sufficient choices and the area was always being cleaned. The hotel was in a convenient location and the room had everything we needed, except towels and toilet paper which we had to ask for. I would highly recommend this place for the price, convenience and cleanliness. ”
